Addiction & Health Recovery Services Serving Brentwood, TN

We provide NARR Level 2 and 3 recovery communities for Brentwood individuals who need to recover from addictions and mental health disorders. Hope Homes serves men and women over the age of 18 who have not been able to find a supportive environment that treats your recovery with the utmost seriousness it deserves. We strive to help patients reach their goals of sobriety with kindness and support as they work to stay on their journey.

Why Choose Hope Homes?

All of our staff members have the credential they need from the National Alliance for Recovery Residences. This means they are certified, licensed and professionally trained to help you stay on the path to recovery. We also have counselors who provide individual and group support services so every patient feels they are having their needs met.

We have life skills counselors available 24/7 who can meet you live on-site. We assign each patient a primary counselor so they have someone actively keeping progress on their goals while building a meaningful, trusting relationship out of it. Counselors give weekly meetings to evaluate progress and can support you with any other issues a resident may have.

Recovery Services

Sober living

One of our most popular programs we have at our disposal is our Sober Living program, which is intended to keep residents away from drug and alcohol use. By living with a community of like minded people also working to stay sober, you’ll work to rehabilitate yourself and gain life skills while also building lifelong relationships through the people in our facilities. We work to make our living spaces resemble premier apartment complex with a variety of amenities available for anyone who stays here, because we want anyone in Brentwood who is suffering from addiction to find the stability to get through life without these types of crutches holding them back.

Drug Addiction

Drug addiction can be difficult to work through, as many people who go through it have a history of relapsing or being addicted to multiple drugs at once. As such, we work at Hope Homes to figure out what triggers people to start using again and develop healthier coping skills. We offer several 12 Step programs to help residents get back on track so they will no longer be a slave to these substances.

Some of the 12 Step Groups include:

  • Alcoholic Anonymous
  • Cocaine Anonymous
  • Crystal Meth Anonymous
  • Heroin Anonymous
  • Narcotic Anonymous
  • Nar-Anon Family Groups

Mood Disorders

Many different types of mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and more can affect many different people no matter what stage of life they are in. While these mental illnesses are common, it can lead to damaging effects if left untreated for too long. Hope Homes is not meant to just be a place to go if you need to stay sober, but it also provides support groups, therapeutic activities and psychiatric treatment while they stay in a positive community designed to combat their mental health issues. With our apartment complexes designed to resemble real residences, it lessens the feeling that people are staying in a “mental health treatment center” in our patients.

Eating Disorders

There are several types of eating disorders we have helped our residents overcome throughout the years. We have several support groups and counselors that will work through the issues surrounding your eating disorders, whether you are triggered by stress or need help planning your meals. We have a peer support program and buddy meals that help residents keep each other on-track. Here are some of the 12 step programs we offer our residents:
