Collaboration with Treatment/Therapy Providers

The HOPE Recovery staff team utilizes the best practice of working within an individual’s Recovery-Oriented-System of Care.  

A ROSC is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families, and communities to achieve abstinence and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of alcohol and drug problems, and other behavioral health issues.

The HOPE Recovery staff teamwork with each individual to identify, access and utilize a network of holistic support i.e. health care providers, family, vocational resources, that will provide meaning, purpose, and facilitate sustained recovery. 

Therapy providers are communicated with on a regular basis to provide continuity in the care continuum for and with the individual served.
