Addiction & Health Recovery Services Serving Nashville, TN
Hope Homes can provide NARR Level 2 and Level 3 recovery communities for men and women dealing with addicting, emotional and eating disorders. For Nashville residents over the age of 18, we will work with them to find the most appropriate and supportive way to lead them on the road to recovery. People who want to stay on the road to sobriety and clean living can benefit by coming to us for help.
Why Choose Hope Homes?
Hope Hoes is certified, licensed and professionally trained by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR), as our dedicated staff needs to know that they are going to be working hard for its patients. We offer individual and group counseling to give you the attention you need in your program.
We have life skills counselors available 24/7, live and on-site. Everyone gets a professional life counselor assigned to them as a “primary” counselor who they will learn to trust and build a meaningful relationship with. We provide weekly one-on-one sessions to evaluate progress and discuss any other issues they may have.
Recovery Services
Sober living
We provide sober living environments at Hope Homes for people who want to stay committed to making a great change in their lives. We work to increase life skills and personal responsibility in you so you can build relationships with other people who are working towards their own recovery. We create residential communities similar to fancy apartment complexes so we can offer many amenities to our residents. We provide Nashville residents who want a long-lasting recovery with the environment and support they need.
Drug Addiction
Hope Homes’ goal when treating drug addiction is to help them figure out what the cognitive, emotional and physical triggers are for their given drug of choice. Many of them relapse at least once, and we want to help you find the healthiest coping mechanisms possible so you are not tempted to use again. Several 12 step programs are in Hope Homes for people dealing with a specific drug.
Some of the 12 Step Groups include:
- Alcoholic Anonymous
- Cocaine Anonymous
- Crystal Meth Anonymous
- Heroin Anonymous
- Narcotic Anonymous
- Nar-Anon Family Groups
Mood Disorders
Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and personality disorders have plagued people for generations, and can affect anyone from all walks of life. They can turn into serious problems for people who do not give them the proper attention they need to treat it. We give our residents individual apartments to live in while they focus on their mental health recovery. Support groups, therapeutic activities and psychiatric treatment are all assets we use in our facilities in order to help all of our residents come out more healthy on the other side.
Eating Disorders
We have several programs designed for Nashville residents who actively want to recover from their eating disorders. Anorexia, bulimia and other disordered eating patterns can make people have grave health issues in the long run, and our counselors can assist you by planning your meals, cooking and offering support while grocery shopping. With the other residents in the groups listed below, you will learn to hold yourself accountable with systems such as “buddy meals” aimed at making yourself responsible for your own recovery.
We have many 12 step programs our residents can use for support including:
- Eating Disorders Anonymous
- Overeaters Anonymous
- The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders.
